Golden St Paul’s

When painting London cityscapes I find I am inspired by the more traditional views and I feel quite nostalgic. People often comment on my morning skies or evening dusks as being Turneresque. I tried to create atmosphere with the white glow of sunlight and I’ve used coloured wood stain and varnish which enhances the multiple layers.
